Bloody Mary mix, peanuts, crackers–everything you need for a Father’s Day brunch! (You might peek into the Ladyfinger’s freezer…)
People coming over to watch the game? Unexpected guests? Keep some of our delicious cookies and snack foods on hand and you won’t be at a loss.
We have lots of wonderful foods, including a full freezer case with dishes prepared by Ladyfingers Catering. Just heat and serve!
If you made it all the way through the holidays without trying the Cheese Dollars from Busy Bee, you’ve missed a treat! In the freezer; just slice, bake, and serve.
Affordable Chic will help you keep all your guests happy and well-fed!
We’ll be open till mid-afternoon on 2015 Christmas Eve, and we still have plenty of fixings for your holidays! Stock up on snacks for you, the family, and Santa, and don’t forget to look around and see what you might want to slip into a stocking or under the tree.
We’ll gift wrap it for you! Affordable Chic is the BEST place to finish up your Christmas Shopping.
It’s a late Easter this year, following a VERY late spring, but the Easter bunny is on schedule! (Unlike his friend, the groundhog… bad groundhog!)
Stop by Affordable Chic for all your Easter Basket bounty! We have baskets and bags in all price ranges that can still be monogrammed in time for Easter; bunnies for the garden, for the boudoir, for the tea table.
Our garden bunny is all done up for the sunroom right now, but he can go into the garden just as soon as you do!
Take a look at all the goodies-for-grownups in the front of the shop, if you’re filling a basket! New cookies from the Salem Baking Company, as well as chocolate in lots of forms for every taste.
Affordable Chic. Your one-stop-shop for filling an Easter Basket!
We’ve been so busy this month that we haven’t done all our own gift shopping, either! If you, or someone you know, needs some suggestions for gifts and goodies, look at what we have in at Affordable Chic.
Hostess gifts, decor, stocking stuffers; gift certificates.
And a little bit of chocolate for the end of the evening…
By now, you’re probably pretty clear about what you’re serving on Thursday, and if you’re not the cook, what you’re taking / carrying / fixing. We can’t help with the turkey (unless you need a platter to put it on).
Make sure you look at the food corner in the front of the store before we close for Thanksgiving! We have lots of goodies to put out for your guests, or to carry as as hostess gift.
Our internet person wants to make a particular mention of My Sista’s Salsa, the best she’s ever had. If people will be watching the game after dinner, they’ll love chips and dip, no matter how much turkey is leftover. Consider adding a jar to your shopping list.
Do you have a cookie monster in your life? Someone who just loves a sweet treat in the afternoon with a cup of coffee? We have original and chocolate chunk shortbread cookies… perfect for a dunk.
If you’re not a shortbread fan, try the Classic Sugar, Meyer Lemon, or Ginger Spice Moravian cookies. Be warned–it’s hard to eat just one! (or four…) We suggest you buy an extra tube to hide if you need to save some for a party.
Finally, for the chocolate lover, try the “dipped in chocolate” variety.
Make sure you ask our staff about their favorites. Everyone has a favorite!
