The Shabby Rose always has wonderful things for you and your home. Here, we are featuring just a few of the things you can find in January, 2016.
Stop by soon. Afforable Chic is always changing, and always wonderful!
Do “vintage” or “rustic” describe your decorating style? Be sure to take a look at the wonderful decor in the Twelve Forks Junction space.
Notice the Amy Howard at Home paints and supplies in the back of the picture above. Amy Howard gift baskets make great gifts for your DIY friends! Our classes will resume after the holidays.
We also have tea towels, aprons, mugs, and frosted drinking glasses from Cat Studio. These make great gifts for all your friends who didn’t start out in Raleigh!
Stop by Affordable Chic soon and let us know what you’re looking for this season! We can help you find almost anything.
A table to display your collection of kumquats? Perhaps, but we really mean, “a kumquat-colored table.”
Mid-century end table, $85.
Wouldn’t this table add a wonderful pop of color in a mostly-neutral room? Stop by soon and see it for yourself!
We have this wonderful vintage sink already plumbed for you to install on the patio!
Frankly, we’ve never seen anything like it. Don’t wait–it won’t be here long now that the weather has decided to play nice and everyone is going outside again!
Affordable Chic may not have everything, but we have what no-one else does! Stop by soon.
An impala, with gilded horns.
And Lily, the holstein.
Hunting season is always open ta Affordable Chic!
We just love colored glass and colored crystal. We’ve done a few posts about blue glass; here’s some of the red glass we have at Affordable Chic, just in time for summer picnics.
(Put them all together for the 4th of July! You’ll have the classiest picnic table in the neighborhood.)
Stop by Affordable Chic this weekend–for Father’s Day shopping, weddings, and everything you need for your U. S. Open Party!
Every now and then, we find something so unusual that it simply can’t be grouped with anything else. This pretty skirted table is such an item.
Someone has a space in their home that needs this skirted table. If you know that person, or that home, let them know we have the perfect table.
It looks solid; it’s hollow, and made of papier-mache. Painted for spring. Roses sold separately.
Affordable Chic. Something for everyone. We surprise ourselves, sometimes, still.
We have some new-to-us, soon to be new-to-you antique and vintage furniture in Affordable Chic. Look closely as you wander through the shop next time you’re here. We’ve rearranged recently and some display tables have gone to new homes.
We sure are hoping that spring is finally going to stick around! The Garden Spot will open on April 1; we have garden furniture and fixtures in the front, and lots of wonderful new furniture for your home.
Hope to see you soon! Our door is open.
We like to keep it fresh at Affordable Chic; this month, it’s the Shabby Rose that’s taken on an entirely new look. Make sure you slow down and study on it. Breath-taking, in all the details.
A close up of the color and texture of the bolt of upholstery (furniture weight, although it could be used for heavy drapes, too) shown above.
Our concrete bunny looks particularly charming dressed up for the Easter parade.
Finally, a collection of vintage Madonnas.
You never know what you will find at Affordable Chic. We work hard to keep it interesting. It’s always worth a visit to see what’s new! Who knows, this entire tableaux may have gone home with someone even by the time this post is published.
