Holiday decorating is more than hanging some pretty glass ornaments on a tree and putting the wreath on the door. Some of us believe that our decorating’s not done if there’s a horizontal surface in the home without a mark of the season.
If you share our mindset, Affordable Chic is the place to shop. LOTS of new-to-the-area uniquities, from these dramatic mercury glass spires and angels that are lit inside, and battery operated, to the more traditional St. Nick in a variety of interpretations. (We’ll be doing the Holy Family next week.)
(That mid-century ceramic Christmas Tree has a perfect home somewhere nearby. It’s such a classic!)
If you’re thinking “real” tabletop, especially if you missed those green crystal goblets we had before Thanksgiving, don’t miss this chance to add some unusual crystal to your holiday dinner. Cut crystal salt cellars and knife rests.
They’re in different parts of the store, so ask one of us to point them out if you don’t find both (Amy Howard Paint area for the salt cellars, and rear left corner, for the knife rests.) Won’t give any more detailed directions because we know you’ll find even more wonderfulness while you wander.
Hurry on in before they’re gone.
And just in case you missed it, doesn’t someone close to you need Fifi the Red Nose Poodle?
Come by and say hello, even if you have your entire shopping list taken care of. We love to see our friends.
